Register for Classes

Preparing for the Next Semester 

Try to resolve any holds on your account so they do not prevent you from registering on time. Holds do not prevent you from meeting with your academic advisor and obtaining your PIN number!

Students will need to log into Banner to view registration information.

    • Click on ‘More…’

    • Click on ‘My Registration Status’

    • View your Primary Advisor Contact Information (We encourage storing this information in your phone)

    • View your Earliest Registration Date

    • Check to see if there are holds on your account

    • If you have holds, work to resolve these before your registration date

    • Schedule an appointment with your academic advisor two week before your earliest registration date. Be prepared for this appointment by bringing some classes and a completed program sheet.

    • You will receive a PIN number at this appointment, write it down! (We encourage storing this information in your phone)

    • Write down your list of classes you wish to register for, along with a couple of secondary courses. Be sure to include the CRN number (blue 5-digit number).

Registering for the Next Semester 

    • Students will need to log into Banner to Register for classes.

    • Click on ‘More…’

    • Click on ‘Registration Add/Drop Classes’

    • Select the term you want to register for and ‘submit’

    • Enter your PIN number (this changes each semester)

    • Enter the CRN numbers in the boxes

    • Submit
