WCSU’s Career Success Center offers services and resources to help students through a four-year plan of Discovering & Exploring, Preparing & Practicing, Experiencing & Assessing and Implementing & Engaging, resulting in successful career exploration, opportunities, and employability.


Requesting a Classroom Presentation

We offer classroom presentations on:

  • Interview Preparation
  • Networking
  • Job Search Strategies
  • Utilizing LinkedIn
  • Internships

We can tailor presentations to your needs and course curriculum. Presentations could include: Marketing Yourself, Assessing Values, Succeeding on the First 30 Days on the Job, Environmental and Sustainability Careers, Translating a Liberal Arts Skill Set to the World of Work, and more.

You can request a presentation by completing and submitting a Presentation Request Form. Please note that we require at least two weeks’ notice.

Promoting Career Services

We need everyone’s help to engage students in the Career Development process. Listen to your students and learn what is important to them. Encourage them to visit The Career Success Center early on in their WCSU career to take advantage of the available resources.
