- Classes will take place either on the midtown campus, in Berkshire Hall Studio A or on Westside in the Colonial Fitness Zone Studio (locations noted on schedule below)
- No Experience necessary
- Yoga mats are available
- Open to ALL current WestConn students, faculty & staff, free of charge
