Elizabeth Werner Young, Department of Nursing

Beth Werner Young is starting as an assistant professor – tenure track. Beth just finished semesters of special appt. Beth earned both her BS and MS from WCSU and is a Clinical specialist along with a certified nursing administrator.  She had twenty years of progressive leadership experience in nursing primarily at Danbury Hospital in a variety of management roles .Beth earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a concentration in nursing administration in 2012 from Oakland University. She has lead and coordinated initiatives for Six Sigma in Nursing.
