Request Colonial Chuck at Your Next Event!

  

Colonial Chuck Request Form

Please fill out this form if you would like Colonial Chuck Western Connecticut State University’s very own mascot, to attend your next event.  Chuck can be scheduled to promote School Spirit at your event for a maximum of three (3) hours, at your request. 

All you need to do is fill out the form and submit it to
Marisa Carrasco, the Graduate Intern for the Center for Student Involvement
(at carrascom@wcsu.edu or MTSC 227)
at least two (2) weeks prior to your event,
so she can check Chuck’s availability…he is a busy man!
