From Luigi Marcone, Interim Associate Vice President for Facilities

Campus-wide

The heating season (October 15th –April 15th) has begun. The Central Steam Plant at the Midtown Campus and all heating systems at the Westside Campus are operating. Anticipate some odors from dust on radiators. Please keep all windows and doors closed and report any suspicious odors, leaks or temperature issues so we can investigate and address issues as they arise.

Maintenance Direct has been used as the University’s work-order management system since 2007.  The web-based application gives University faculty and staff access to numerous services offered by the Facilities Team. Please click on the logo below and you will be directed to the Maintenance Direct website.

Please read the Maintenance Direct requestors’ User Guide before accessing the system and generating work orders.
