Ability Beyond Disability
Consumers from Ability Beyond Disability come to the WCSU campus once a week to engage in 50 minutes of resistance training exercise. Class is led by Dr. Jeff Schlicht, who is assisted by various HPX student volunteers participating in experiential learning as they work with adults with disabilities.

Older Adult Fitness Program
Classes meet three days a week, T/Th/F from 8-9 a.m. in the Berkshire Gym. The program is available free of charge for WCSU students, faculty and staff 60 years and older, and costs $2.50 per class for the general public. Students are encouraged to attend at least twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday/Friday. Payment is made on a quarterly basis, and new participants will have their quarterly dues prorated for any classes they have missed. Enrollment is always open (we have plenty of space and equipment), so come join us today!
Contact Dr. Jeff Schlicht via email at schlichtj@wcsu.edu for more information. Free parking is available in the White Street garage for our off-campus participants.
