The University Judicial Board

Since 2007, the University Judicial Board has given students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to participate in a leadership role while gaining a greater understanding of the disciplinary and judicial process at Western Connecticut State University.

The University Judicial Board exists to promote justice and fairness, by providing students who are accused of violating the Student Code of Conduct, and may face permanent residence hall separation, suspension, or expulsion from the CSU system, with an opportunity to be heard by a hearing body. Each hearing typically includes one faculty member, staff member, and student.

We are always seeking applications, particularly from students, to be members of our University Judicial Board. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Judicial Board, please click the link at the bottom of this page entitled Judicial Board Member Application, complete the form, and send it to Charles Alexander, Midtown Student Center 220.

All applications will be reviewed and you will be notified of the next available training session.
If you have any questions regarding this, please contact Charles Alexander at (203) 837-8770 or email alexanderc@wcsu.edu
