Conference Hotel

September 1st, 2018 is the Cut-Off Date as any guest rooms not reserved under the room block are returned to the hotel’s general inventory to be sold at full-price. The guests will no longer have access to the room block or the discounted guest room rate. If we have rooms available they are welcome to reserve but have them mention that they are indeed attending with this specific group so notes are made on their reservation and the hotel knows to include them in room assignments.  Make a reservation now.
