  • O’Neill Center Rates

    Category A

    Concert, Family Show, Sporting Event, Or other arena type set-up:

    – $5,000.00 per day vs. 12.5% gross ticket sales (after facility maintenance fee), whichever is greater, plus expenses.

    Rehearsals, move-in:

    – $1,750.00 per day, plus expenses (utilities not included).

    Category B

    Consumer/Trade Show, Convention, Seminar, Lecture or similar event; ticket sales University-Sanctioned Event:

    – $3,000.00 per day vs. 12.5% gross (after facility maintenance fee), whichever is (box office services not included) greater, plus expenses.

    Category C
    Private Corporation Function:

    – $3,000.00 per day plus expenses (utilities not included).

    Rehearsals, move-in, move-out charge:

    – $1,750.00 per day plus expenses (utilities not included).

    Category D

    Multi-Purpose Room:

    – $250.00 per 8 hours plus expenses. (utilities not included).

    Category E

    Conference Room:

    – $125.00 per 4 hours plus expenses (utilities not included).

    Category F
    Arena for athletic practices /camps:

    – $125.00 per hour plus expenses (utilities not included)

    Natatorium:

    – $105.00 per hour plus expenses (utilities not included).

    Stadium:

    – $100.00 per hour plus expenses (utilities not included).

    Baseball/Softball Field:

    – $85.00 per hour plus expenses (utilities not included).

    Grass Practice Fields:

    – $85.00 per hour plus expenses (utilities not included).

    IN-HOUSE SERVICE FEES

    Facility Maintenance Fee:

    – $1.00 per ticket sold or per paid registrant

    Hospitality Charge:

    – 10% of catering from outside caterer

    Computerized Box Office Services: (Tickets.com Tickets)

    – Ticket price up to $10.00 – $1.00 fee, Ticket price over $10.00 – $2.00 fee, per ticket, COMP ticket printing fee $1.00, 4% credit card charges

    Concert Power:

    – $900.00

    Consumer/Trade Show Power:

    – Per duplex outlet/0-2,000 watts (20 amps) – $105.00, late order payment $125.00. Per duplex outlet/2001 watts and above – additional $10.00 on the original amount) per thousand watts or any fraction thereof.

     

    Late Order payment per duplex outlet/2001 watts and above – additional $15.00 (on the original amount) per thousand watts or any fraction thereof.

    Sales and Use Tax:

    – Where applicable

      $50.00 per hour (4 hr min.)

    **Move-In Supervisor

      $50.00 per hour (4 hr min.)

    Police Coverage

      $95.00 per hour/personnel (4 hr min.)

    **Box Office Supervisor (if selling tickets)

      $50.00 per hour (4 hr min.)

    Student Staffing

      $28.00 per hour (4 hr min.)

     

    ARENA LABOR

    First Aid / E.M.T. Coverage:

    – $100.00 per hour (4 hr min.)

     

    STAGING CREW
    Technical/Stage Manager: TBD
    Stagehand: TBD

    Electrician (licensed and certified in CT):           –

                – $100.00 ($175.00 on Saturday) standard service call, which includes the first hour (4 hour minimum).
    $60.00 per hour (7:00 am – 3:00 pm). $90.00 per hour (after 3:00 pm or Saturday). $200.00 call back fee (includes first hour rate with a 4-hour minimum).

    – $120.00 per hour during call back after first hour.

    *Cost will be applied if the House Sound is used on a consistent basis for show related activities.

    EQUIPMENT RENTAL
    Audio Visual Equipment:

    – TBD
    Spotlight (Supertroopers):

    – $125.00 each
    Stage Rental/set/strike (concert):

    – $750.00 (60 X 40)
    Stage Rental/set/strike (consumer show):

    – $27.50 / 4’x 8’ panel

    Forklift/Genie:

    – $500.00 per day with NO driver

    Trash:

    – $600.00 per event

Note: All PCs connected to the University Network will be subject to its terms and regulations. All non-University computers will have to install Clean Access and must meet the requirements to access the network. As such, Windows Updates and Anti-virus software need to be installed and up to date to pass the Clean Access requirements. Please check before hand that all requirements are met to ensure that there are no difficulties connecting to the network
